  • Implemented comprehensive infrastructure upgrades, including interior lighting retrofits, HVAC and building automation system enhancements, building envelope improvements to doors and windows, as well as façade and roofing repairs. Plumbing updates and strategic procurement measures were also incorporated to support long-term sustainability and cost efficiency.
  • Leveraged CARES Act funding to enhance accessibility and public service at City Hall, delivering targeted upgrades to the atrium, including a new chairlift and a fully renovated reception area.
  • Prioritized staff safety through a series of facility security improvements and partnered with over 20 local contractors to maximize community economic benefit and project execution.
  • Achieved environmental impact reductions of 155 tons of CO₂ annually—equivalent to removing 16 homes from the grid or planting over 2,300 trees—demonstrating the city’s commitment to operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
